Can I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel my plan?
Absolutely. There are no long-term contracts at FocusFirst Tutors. You can switch from the 4-lesson pack to the 8-lesson pack at any time, or pause your subscription if you are going on vacation. Just email us.
How does 'Sibling Sharing' work?
It is very simple. If you buy the 8 or 12-lesson pack, you can split those hours between your children however you like. For example, you can use 4 lessons for your son's Math and 4 lessons for your daughter's English. One plan covers the whole family.
What happens if I miss a lesson?
We know family life is busy. If you need to cancel, just give us 24 hours' notice, and we will reschedule the lesson for free. You never lose the credit.
How does scheduling work for different time zones?
We specialize in aligning with USA, UK, and Canadian time zones. Our tutors are available during your prime after-school and evening hours (Weekdays and selected Weekends). We will match you with a dedicated tutor who fits your specific active schedule.
Is my payment information secure?
