This Money-Back Policy explains how refunds work if you are not fully satisfied with our tutoring sessions.

1. First Lesson Guarantee

If you're not satisfied after your first paid session, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of the lesson. No questions asked — we value your confidence in our service.

2. Prepaid Packages

If you purchased a tutoring package (for example, multiple lessons paid in advance), unused lessons are fully refundable if you request cancellation before those lessons are delivered.

                    Once a session is completed, it is considered a delivered service and is not eligible for refund.
                

3. Cancellations Before a Scheduled Session

You can cancel or reschedule a session at least 12 hours before the scheduled time without any charge.

                    Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the session may result in the session being counted as completed.
                

4. Missed or Late Sessions

If a student misses a session without prior notice, it will be marked as completed and will not qualify for a refund.

                    However, if a session cannot proceed due to a technical issue or tutor unavailability, it will be rescheduled or refunded in full.
                

5. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

                    Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.

7. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases such as system errors, duplicate charges, or tutor cancellations, FocusFirst Tutors will issue a full refund immediately.
